2018 Reading Truck Group Redi-Rack

Redi-Racks feature secure, perforated sides perfect for transporting loose bulk items, pallets and equipment. Quick-release latches allow fast removal of individual racks for easy loading and unloading of materials. An optional scissor hoist is also available.

It features our exclusive Triple Protection system consisting of A60 coating-weight steel finished with E-coat primer and powder coat for maximum durability.

Readings steel stake body is available in lengths from 10' to 26' with a 96"-wide body.

Features may include:

• Pockets extend from the top to the bottom of the platform rail and are designed to hold optional stakes or body sides firmly in place with minimum rattling. They are reinforced with a heavy-gauge steel box and welded into the side rail.

• Bar on outside of Redi-Rack makes lifting racks easier and serves as a convenient tarp tie-down.

• A durable, high-gloss polyester powder coat that is electrically bonded to surfaces and melted to form a durable, corrosion-resistant finish. Produces a brighter finish that resists corrosion, chemicals, humidity, scratches, chips and UV damage.

• Spring-loaded latch secures racks to stake pockets and to adjoining racks. Makes fast work of removing racks: just trip the latch and lift.

• Made with 14-gauge galvannealed steel with 16-gauge perforated sides. Designed to haul loose bulk loads with forward side racks that can be removed individually to load a pallet of materials. Gates features a spring-loaded rack lock, an upper rack connector and holdbacks to keep racks in an open position.

• Recessed lights have impact-resistant, reflective lenses and rubber grommets. They include wiring harnesses for clearance and marker and identification lights.

• 1/8 steel safety treadplate welded to crossmembers with external stake pockets designed with 2 outside tie rail.

• A60 galvannealed steel bulkhead with laser cutout window
